Payment Details

  • • All payments made to Deliberately Different Travel are non-refundable and non- transferable.

  • You must make a payment every month, failure to do so will result in your reservation being canceled. Half of the bookings must be paid by March 5, 2025 •

  • A monthly payment reminder notification will be sent to your email every month. •

  • Automatic monthly payments can be set up at the time you pay your initial deposit.

  • You can pay your reservation in full at any time. •

  • All reservations must be paid in full no later than July 10, 2025. •

  • If your reservation is not paid in full by July 10, 2025, and you still plan on attending the trip, a $100 late fee will be applied to your final balance.

Additional Details

Currency

IDR (indonesian rupiah) You can go to your bank or other banks about two weeks before departure to exchange currency (USD to IDR Indonesian Rupiah).

Passport

Traveling abroad requires a passport valid for six months beyond travel dates. Your passport should not expire before March 29, 2026.

Flight Information

  • Flights are not included but may be added from one location later.

  • You should fly into Bali airport code (DPS) when booking your flights.

  • The itinerary starts on September 24, 2025, you must depart from your location on September 22nd or 23rd depending on where you are flying from.

  • If your flight arrives on September 23, 2025, your hotel room will be ready when you arrive.

Travel Itinerary

The itinerary will be available approximately 120 days before travel (June 2025).

Visa Requirements

A visa is required to enter Bali, details will be provided on the process to obtain your visa.

Booking Details

  • A $20 fee will be added to all late payments.

  • All travelers in the same room must pay their deposits at the same time and or on the same day to book their room.

  • All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

  •  All flight itineraries must be emailed to DD Travel at Ddtravellic@gmail.com no later than 60 days (by May 25, 2025) before travel. Flight itineraries received after this date will impact your airport transfers.

  • Reservation must be made in your full name (Your name as it appears on your ID/DL and passport)

  •  Most communication is via email, please keep an eye on your emails.

  • Once booked there will be a Zoom call, date to be determined.

  • You will be added to the Bali FB group after making your 1st payment.

  • There is a $50 fee for name and roommate changes (Within the first 4 months of booking). From 121(After the first 4 months of booking) to 45 days before travel a $200 fee is charged for any changes made to your booking.

  • A payment process fee is included in all payments made.

  • Choose your roommate wisely. Each roommate must make timely payments. If one roommate cancels, the other roommate is responsible for payment for the room at the single occupancy rate if there is a price change.
