  • Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?
    You must be married to attend, any age as long as you are married.
  • What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?
    If you do not live in Miami, FL you would have to catch a flight to Miami, flights and hotel will be added by the Travel Agent.
  • What's the refund policy?
    You must purchase Vacation Protection, if you do not purchase Vacation Protection and need to cancel for any reason you WILL NOT receive a refund. If you purchase Vacation Protection and need to cancel for any reason you will receive a refund less the cost of the Vacation Protection.
  • Is my registration fee or ticket transferrable?
    Tickets are not transferrable.
  • Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn't match the person who attends?
    The name on your ticket must match the name on your travel documents and cruise boarding passes.
  • How can I contact the organizer with any questions?

  • Is Deliberately Different Travel a licensed company?
    Yes, Deliberately Different Travel LLC is a TRUE accredited Travel Agency.
  • Do you book small and large groups?
    Yes, Deliberately DIfferent Travel specializes in group travel. To inquire about group travel book an appontment for a consultaion at: https://www.deliberatelydifferenttravel.com/book-online
  • How can I get a quote for a group or individual travel?
    You can go to https://www.deliberatelydifferenttravel.com and submit our vacation quote form to receive a quote for individual travel (1 -4 travelers). For group travel submit a form for a consulation at https://www.deliberatelydifferenttravel.com/book-online
  • Do you charge for vacation quotes?
    Yes, we do charge a booking fee for vacation quotes. If your vacation is booked, your booking fee is waived. We put a lot of hard work and time into making sure we choose the best vacation options for our clients.
  • Do you accept cash for payments?
    No, at Deliberately Different Travel we do not accept cash payments. All payments are processed via our secure online payment system.
  • What is your refund policy?
    All payments are non-refundable and non-transferrable. Each client is required to accept our Terms and Conditions before a reservation is accepted. To protect your investment, every client is encouraged to purchase travel insurance.
  • If I cancel, can I transfer my funds to another person booking?"
    No, at Deliberatley Different Travel all funds are non-transferrable and non-refundable. Vacation Protection is highly recommended so that you can have other options and not lose what you paid on your vacation package.
  • Do you have payment plans?
    Yes, with most of our vacation packages you have the option to pay in full or pay a deposit and make payments on the remaining balance.
  • Do you provide roommate matching?
    Yes, we provide roommate matching on our international and group vacations.
  • What forms of payment do you accept?
    We accept online credit card payments via our secure payment link (Visa, Mastercard, and Discover, etc.). We also accepts payments over the phone via credit card; a credit card authorization form will need to be signed.
  • What identification is required for travel?
    For most destinations a negative COVID 19 test (PCR/Antigen) is required anywhere from 3 days to 24 hours before arrival. For most travel, you will need a valid (not expired) ID or DL as well as a passport or original birth certificate. At the time of booking, you will be made aware of what identification and COVID 19 requirements are required for your vacation destination.
  • Do you assist with airline check-in?
    No, you will receive an email or text from us reminding you to check in for your flight. Familiarize yourself with your airline’s policies and requirements before booking. Unless stated otherwise by the airlines, it is important to arrive at the airport at least 2 hours prior to departure for domestic flights and 3 hours prior to departure for international flights. Late arrival at the airport can result in loss of assigned seats or denial of boarding. Denial of boarding is not eligible for refund or travel insurance reimbursement. Airfare re-booking is subject to airline penalties, re-booking fees, plus any cost difference of the new flight. Seat assignments are subject to change by the airline without notice.
  • If I only want to book a flight, do you assist with that?"
    We only assist with booking group flights, international flights, and flights that are included in a package. We DO NOT book individual flights alone (Not included in a package).
  • DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY
    Deliberately Different Travel LLC and its employees, shareholders, officers, directors, successors, agents, and assigns, neither own nor operate any person or entity which is to, or does, provide goods or services for these trips or tours. It is not liable for the acts, errors, omissions, representations, warranties, breaches or negligence of any supplier, or personal injuries, death, property damage or other damages or expenses resulting from causes outside of the control of Deliberately Different Travel LLC. Deliberately Different Travel LLC shall not be responsible for travel delays or cancellations or any illness, death, injury, damage or loss of vacation time arising there from. Changes to airlines or itineraries due to mechanical, weather, or world events beyond our control are at the sole discretion of the airline and may occur without notice. Any applicable compensation resulting from such occurrences is also at the sole discretion of the supplier. All services and accommodations are subject to the laws and regulations of the country in which they are provided. Deliberately Different Travel LLC is not responsible for any baggage or personal effects of any individual participating in the trips arranged by Deliberately Different Travel LLC Individual travelers are responsible for purchasing a travel insurance policy, if desired, that will cover some of the expenses associated with the loss of luggage or personal effects.
