Are payment plans available?Yes, payment plans are available. For most of our packages, you can pay a deposit and the remaining balance on a payment plan. If your vacation departure date is within 60 days of you booking your vacation a payment plan is not available. The full payment is due at the time of the booking.

If I cancel my booking, can I transfer the funds I paid to a family or friend booking?No. All payments made to Deliberately Different Travel LLC are non-refundable and non- transferable.

What forms of payment do you accept? (Visa, MC, AMEX, etc.)We accept online payments via our secured payment processing system. A processing fee is added at checkout for all payments made to Deliberately Different Travel LLC. To avoid the payment processing fee, you can make a payment over the phone with a Deliberately Different Travel LLC Travel Specialist.

Do you charge a service fee for a vacation inquiry?Yes, we do charge a service fee because at Deliberately Different Travel we put a lot of hard work and research into matching our clients with the best options available for their vacations.

Do you book flight-only itineraries?No, we do not book flight only itineraries. We do assist with group flight-only itineraries of 15+ travelers. We do book packages that include air and land (flights and resort/hotel).

After I book my trip will you check me in for my departure flight?No, it is your responsibility to check in for your flight. You will receive an email or text from Deliberately Different Travel LLC reminding you to check in for your flight. Familiarize yourself with your airline’s policies and requirements before booking. Unless stated otherwise by the airline, it is important to arrive at the airport at least 2 hours before departure for domestic flights and 3 hours before departure for international flights. Late arrival at the airport can result in loss of assigned seats or denial of boarding. Denial of boarding is not eligible for a refund or travel insurance reimbursement. Airfare re-booking is subject to airline penalties, re-booking fees, plus any cost difference of the new flight. Seat assignments are subject to change by the airline without notice.
